The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Drive traffic through SEO and other methods.
  • Handle all aspects related to social media.
  • Respond to customer requests.
  • Liaising between customer and operations.
  • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to develop and optimize content.
  • Keep up-to-date with e-commerce practices worldwide.


Qualifications and Requirements are as follows:

  • Bachelor’s in Digital Marketing and Digital Marketing certifications.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic: speak, read and write.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing.
  • Exceptional English written communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills – ability to learn and understand new programs quickly.
