The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Applying for VISA, medical and Insurance.
  • Renewal of Vehicle and Trade Licenses.
  • Document Controlling: filing and preparing filing systems.
  • Coordinating with HR Team on personnel records.
  • Coordinating with company driver.
  • Create purchase requests.
  • Handling Petty Cash and invoice control.
  • Prepare settlements letters in Arabic and English.
  • Prepare internal memos (English and Arabic).


Qualifications and Requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience.
  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Driver’s License would be an advantage.
