The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Applying for VISA, medical and Insurance.
- Renewal of Vehicle and Trade Licenses.
- Document Controlling: filing and preparing filing systems.
- Coordinating with HR Team on personnel records.
- Coordinating with company driver.
- Create purchase requests.
- Handling Petty Cash and invoice control.
- Prepare settlements letters in Arabic and English.
- Prepare internal memos (English and Arabic).
Qualifications and Requirements are as follows:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience.
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Driver’s License would be an advantage.
