The main responsibilities are as follows:

  • Taking meeting minutes.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Filing documents and maintaining a database.
  • Data entry, phone calls and e-mail communication.
  • Receive invoices and review for accuracy.

 

The main qualifications required for this role are as follows:

  • Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
  • 2 year’s UAE experience.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proficient computer skills and comfortable using MS Excel.

 

The role of Secretary is based in Al Ain: 6 working days with Fridays off.
