The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Filing documents and maintaining a database.
- Data entry, phone calls and e-mail communication.
- Receive invoices and review for accuracy.
The main qualifications required for this role are as follows:
- Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
- 2 year’s UAE experience.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficient computer skills and comfortable using MS Excel.
The role of Secretary is based in Al Ain: 6 working days with Fridays off.
